B |     (ECNS) -- The Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway recently recorded a 99.4% on-time departure rate in the first half of this year, with 10,574 of its 10,640 train services departing all on schedule, according to the latest data from operator PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China.        Customer satisfaction also averaged 95.79% over the same period. Satisfaction with train punctuality ranked highest at 98.27%, while the friendliness and professionalism of onboard staff and safety received ratings of 97.35% and 97.18%, respectively.    The railway operates under an integrated management system, with all trains centrally dispatched and monitored in real time.
